Who can work for you
The developer says you hire a team, and that your Roblox friends show up as candidates and work in the office as their real avatars. That is the whole published hiring rule. Wages, role names, and a friend requirement beyond that sentence are not listed.
When to hire
Hand the first phone to the team you already have, launch it, and read the sales. Hire when that cycle is bringing cash in and the next job is more design, research, or production than you want to click through alone. Hiring before the first launch spends cash on people who do not yet have a product.
Store passes that name hiring
| Pass | Robux | What the name supports | What is not published |
|---|---|---|---|
| Auto-Hire | 25 | Hiring can be automated | Which roles, and whether you still pay wages |
| Star Recruiter | 49 | Recruiting is a distinct action | What "star" changes about a candidate |
Both are optional. The experience is free to open. Read game passes before you buy a bundle, because the Complete Bundle does not list its contents on the store row we could read.
Friends who are not in your Roblox friend list are not described as candidates. The listing does not say strangers fill the same roster.
